  • tailor our services based on your unique starting point and needs.

Market-First. Product-Forward.

Who We Are

The Kelleher Consulting Group is owned and operated by a seasoned market strategy and GTM leader with 17+ years of direct experience bringing new and expanded SaaS offerings to K-12, higher education, and corporate markets.

We offer flexible and scalable services across the go-to-market continuum to expand organizational capacity and drive revenue.

Guiding People

We believe in a market-first, product-forward approach to go-to-market planning and execution. Whether you’re bringing new products and services to market or trying to preserve your existing footprint, taking a market-first approach is non-negotiable. Far too often, go-to-market plans and motions take an inside-out approach, leaving space for blind spots and assumptions that can be detrimental to financial goals. Through customized services across the go-to-market continuum, we help organizations elevate their view of the market to propel their products forward.

Approach

We partner closely with C-level executives and leaders at technology companies to provide customized services based on their unique starting point, budget and time frame.

Why Us?

We intimately understand the importance of an integrated and optimized go-to-market continuum. With nearly 2 decades of experience, we have a track record of expanding organizational capacity and driving revenue across all stages of the go-to-market continuum.
